Your data stays under your control

We store the email and name used to register, the cadastral numbers you look up, drawings and files you save in a project, and messages sent to [email protected] or through the contact form.

We use this data to operate the account, show your land project, send login links, and answer support. We do not sell contact lists or project files to third parties for their marketing.

Cadastral geometry comes from public registries. Looking up a cadastral number in Ihitect does not make public cadastral data private.

Private project files, documents and messages stay in your account. A partner sees land context attached to a job only after you request an offer or award work. A share link shows a preview only if you create one.

Contact form fields are stored as plain text after stripping markup. We do not execute attachments or HTML from visitors.

You can ask us to close an account and delete private project data by writing to [email protected]. Public cadastral numbers cannot be deleted from the national registry.
