What Ihitect does and does not do

Ihitect helps you understand the land, explore house placement and organise the next steps. It does not issue permits and does not replace the responsibility of a licensed specialist or a primărie decision.

The Free plan covers the cadastral parcel, terrain and constraints. Advanced adds house placement, plan and interior, complimentary until 1 January 2027. Pro is a separate licensed-design service from 9 euro per square meter — not a subscription.

Maps, slopes and the placement area are estimates from cadastral and satellite sources. Confirm boundaries, setbacks, soil and building conditions with licensed professionals before you build.

You keep ownership of files you upload. You grant Ihitect a licence to host them so the product can show your project. Do not upload malware or other people's private documents without a right to do so.

Site-work jobs are contracts with the partner. Ihitect is not the contractor. For the account, write to [email protected].
